We offer store credit or exchanges only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Returns:
Eligible for store credit if requested within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Exchanges:
We’re happy to exchange for a different size if it’s in stock
If not available, you will receive store credit
Final Sale:
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Items discounted 30% or more are final sale
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at contact@shopforrestlane.com with your order number and a photo.
